Have your child paste the photo on thin to medium cardboard (gift boxes are the perfect thickness). Trim away the extra cardboard if you wish. Then either you or your child can cut the picture into puzzle pieces -- four to six pieces for younger children, more for older children. Store the pieces in a children's shoebox.
