If you're looking for a daycare centre for your child, look around for a box of tissues.

The first was a "liberal fecal policy," which means that the daycare centre admitted children who weren't toilet trained. The second was the use of handkerchiefs and towels to wipe runny noses.
So, as the American Journal of Public Health reports, if the tissues aren't there, maybe your child shouldn't be either.
