Three fats a day for Kim
 

Improvements:

  • Clothes are fitting much better.
  • Drinking less alcohol, especially during the week.
  • Good energy levels and irritable bowel (bloating) has improved dramatically. She notices her energy levels drop as soon as she doesn’t eat properly.

Suggestions:

  • She shouldn't skip her 4pm snack. This will prevent bingeing later.
  • Make sure she has three fats per day, e.g. avocado pear, seeds, 1tsp olive oil.
  • She keeps a very good record of what she eats.
