Tracy has decided that she wants a slightly more muscular look.
So, for the next few months, we are going to cut down on her cardiovascular training a bit and focus more on weight training.
This means that our sets and exercises will increase per muscle group, which is how we’ll try to build a kilo or 2 of muscle-mass.
Don’t worry, all you Tracy fans - she’ll still keep her slender, sexy look - just showing a few extra muscles.
