At the top of her game

Tracy has an excellent body fat ratio, which is partly why she is at the top of her game.

She does not have any body fat to lose, and needs to maintain the body fat that she has otherwise her hormones and other vital body functions may suffer.

As she trains hard, she needs to make sure that she eats correctly, otherwise she may lose more body fat.

She is still struggling with evening sweet cravings, but this is due to the fact that she often skips her late afternoon snack. This snack is vital and needs to contain substantial carbohydrates and fruit as she avoids carbs most nights.

Adding small amounts of healthy fats and protein to her meals and snacks will also help to sustain her energy and appetite.
