Pizza and pasta..mmm

The good:

  • She is losing centimeters and body fat nicely – clothes fit more loosely.
  • Higher energy levels and noticed her appetite has increased. This is often a sign of an increased metabolism – from exercising and eating correctly.

The bad:

  • Still sometimes eats too much carbs at night and not enough during the day – she should add corn to her salad at lunchtime or a baked potato.
  • Has lamb too often – needs to be restricted to once a week.
  • Not enough fresh fruit. Try to eat it during the day.

Suggestions:

  • Try having a 4pm snack so that she doesn’t get so hungry at nighttime and then eat a huge bowl of pasta or pizza.
  • Replace morning cheese on toast with peanut butter, avo, fish paste or cottage cheese.
  • Avoid high doses of Vit C and alternate multivitamins.
  • Karen
