STRESS !.
Isn’t it amazing how stress can influence not only your life, but also your training?
After several stressful days all I wanted to do was get rid of heavy emotions, and I was too tired to train.
All that pulled me through was my discipline. I just kept focussing on my goals, and didn’t allow anything, or anybody, to get in the way.
I’ve started to increase my water intake as I can feel that my body needs it and
I’ve picked up nearly 4 kg in four weeks - it feels great. My kg’s went up by quite an amount, but my reps have stayed the same.
I like the way I train with Andrew as he focuses on muscle groups, rather than muscle-specific exercises. I still do only 5 x 5 reps with a one minute rest between them. My diet has also increased in volume as I need to eat more, but we are waiting to do another fat% test in about 6-8 weeks. Can’t wait.
Dedication and motivation are things you decide to do. Nobody else.
Enjoy life. It’s your choice how you want to do it - and it’s short.
