Week two started off slowly as the cold front moved in.
I had to adjust my training as the kids slept late (LOL) - normal excuse. We met with the chef for the first dinner: what a surprise! The meal looked and tasted like any other meal, but so healthy. We invited two of our friends (and lawyer), and we had a great time - with the healthy side involved, of course. Had calamari starter, curried chicken breast, and some great dessert. Really tasty!
With the training everything’s going well. Starting to up the pace and the volume of water intake. My energy levels are fine, not better or worse. Still, have a lot to work with. After training I’m feeling energetic and good to go for the whole day.
