Hi everybody! Well the first few days were great. I love the water, and, even better – I love to train!
Other than what the press said about us and the other people doing this, the ONLY thing to remember is that it is a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, supported by a great product and people.
During my first week, I changed my existing training programme to suit my needs. My needs being: to tone in the first phase and bulk in the second. My training session consists of 50 minutes per day with rest over weekends. At the moment I’m training on my own, but will soon be joined by a personal trainer. I can’t wait!
For me training is a way of life and not just a short term goal. I get to gym (no matter what) at the same time every day as I would go to work or a meeting. Discipline is what it’s all about.
My energy levels are starting to pick up and I’m not getting as tired during training as before. Next week I’ll also join the men in the health spa. Will let you know!
