Lots of changes

The last three weeks have been hectic with us planning for the World Cup and business structures falling apart due to ADSL lines not working etc. Nevertheless, we’re still alive, and I have the most wonderful wife and two little angels.

Planning for training sessions was tough as Andrew and I couldn’t find much free time to fit in with our schedules, but we just made time to train, though not as much as I had hoped for. I can see a lot of changes regarding my body - in my shape, firmness, and yes, clothes that don’t fit me anymore!

On week seven we measured my fat percentage and was I happy?! I picked up 5.7 kg in mass and lost 2.5% fat – I now weigh 102kg with a fat percentage of 10%. There’s always room for improvement - this week I’m off to France for the first of four trips, but I’ll continue training on my own, and now and again with Andrew when I’m back.

If you increase the water intake and protein, you’ll see a lot of improvement. This week I’ll also include a bit more cardio in my training.

Enjoy every moment!

Joost
