How very fortunate we are to have winter rain and be warm and cosy at home. It has not stopped raining for us in Cape Town and areas have flooded!

I took a flight to Johannesburg on Wednesday and I thought SAA would have to convert to a hydrofoil soon!

I am very busy with a breast cancer awareness campaign together with CANSA. I am assisting them in creating even more awareness amongst women and am approaching companies to allocate time for us to do a talk on cancer.

We have also now established a SMS Donation Line aid of CANSA.
SMS breast health to 38112 and donate R10.00 towards CANSA.

So, I had lots of fun. On Wednesday I flew up to the Egoli- Place of gold set and I was interviewed by Louwna (Brumilda van Rensburg) on breast cancer. I had a wonderful time – they were so exceptionally well organised.

It all ran according to schedule and the cast and staff were so incredibly friendly! Wow, it was a great experience. Keep watching Egoli for this in October.
