Coming home after all that travelling was a real pleasure, and I spent it mostly catching up with friends and family. I treated myself to a day at the spa and then went to shoot a campaign for Woolworths. I worked with a couple of lovely local people and had fun with the golden extensions they put in my hair, making me feel like a Barbie doll.
I’ve been drinking about 2 bottles of Aqua Bimini water per day and it seems to have affected my appetite. I am less hungry and hardly crave sweet things.
We have been staying at home mostly, making very simple and basic meals – which is bliss after all the cuisine in France - not that I’m complaining.
I have also been cornered by Tom, the Trainer!
After a brief meeting last week where he took a few of my details and measurements, he arrived promptly the next morning with the biggest ball and the heaviest weights.
As if that wasn’t enough to terrify the daylights out of me, he also gave me a heart monitor to wear, just in case it got too much for me – well, that’s what I thought it was for, although he had quite a different explanation for all the equipment!
For three days I haven’t been able to lift my arms!
My next meeting with him is in just an hour and I have found the perfect hiding spot!
Ciao
