I returned from Germany last Thursday at 6 in the morning. .

I then picked up my boys from school and spent the rest of the day playing with them. Friday I had meetings and then I went to shoot some pictures for Aqua Bimini with Marc Cameron.

After that I had to meet the parents and teachers at the school.

Saturday I left home again to join my French clients in the Ambassador. Sunday morning we started working at 5 am and continued till 6 pm. We were shooting the winter collection for Daxon, a French brochure. The clothes were very warm and it was quite exhausting. I worked till Thursday with them and the call times stayed about the same for each day.

After work Thursday I had to check in clients at the beach house and with the help of a friend did all the shopping and got the flowers organized. The staff arrived at 7 am Friday morning/today to clean the house for the next clients who arrived at 8 am. I was there to make sure the breakfast table was set and that everything was in place.

I returned home to do my office work and will have to return to the house in the next hour. They have a special request that I am helping them with. I am also showing the house - with their permission - to foreigners who are keen to rent it in winter. I will then have a meeting with an agent and return home to pick up my boys from school.

This afternoon I have to go to Yzerfontein to meet German clients. I am staying in a guest house there for the duration of the shoot. Hopefully Monday I can return home again! Weather permitting we might finish the job. They have optioned me to work until the end of next week.

While staying in the Ambassador Hotel, I was lucky enough to see all my friends. Each night after work I was taken to a different restaurant in town. Saturday night we went to Baia in the Waterfront. Sunday night at Blues in Camps Bay. The sunset at Twelve Apostles lifted my spirit and my cousin joined me there for dinner on Monday night. La Perla in Sea Point is an all-time favourite and we sat outside on the terrace, all 12 of us sharing stories and having fun. Wednesday was Wakame in Green Point. And Thursday was me time. Jacuzzi, movie and bed!
