I thought Tracy didn’t enjoy exercise, but Tanya made it even clearer that she’s not a fitness-freak.
Although she knows exercise is beneficial to her body, a knee injury totally stopped her from doing any physical training.
So, our first months’ training will be slow, with enough variation to keep her motivated and interested.
After only our second session, I could already see that she’s enjoying the boxing and abdominal work.
Just like with Tracy, I’m going to do my best to convert Tanya to a fitness junky!
