First diet update
She has been having a glass of fruit juice for breakfast rather than skipping breakfast totally. Her cholesterol has gone up, perhaps due to stress, traveling and no exercise. When traveling, she should take oat bran (1 tablespoon a day) with her, to try to counteract any extra cholesterol she takes in from eating restaurant and aeroplane food (it’s possible to order low-cholesterol meals on aeroplanes, something Tanya should consider doing).
