Take action:
Avoid the following IBS triggers: wheat, rye, barley, chocolate, milk, caffeinated drinks and alcohol. Also eat smaller meals during the day and try to manage your stress. Meditation, private counselling, regular exercise and adequate sleep will go a long way to relax your colon.
