If you're taking more than one kind of medication, it's easy to get mixed up with the different tablets, or to take a double dose.

Take action:
Keep all medication in their separate containers; regularly check up to see whether you are taking your tablets correctly; tick it off in your diary when you have taken your medication; hand in old and unused medication at the chemist; get a special container marked with the different days of the week to avoid a medication mix-up.
