It's another cold winter’s morning in Gauteng, but perfect for a fun outing, you think.  and then, in an instant, your whole life changes . . .

As usual on that Saturday in July 2006 our group of cyclists gathered at the Cresta  shopping centre in Randburg for our weekly fun ride. We were planning to do the  Highveld 94.7 Cycle Race later that year so we got together every Saturday to train.
