Be compassionate

Being compassionate teaches you not only to accept others, but to accept yourself as well. Compassion is about putting yourself in someone else’s shoes and allowing yourself to understand them. When you are compassionate towards yourself, it allows you to be more accepting of who are and to be less hard on yourself.
