Sexual superhero: visualisation

Visualisation is a powerful tool that is taught in this step of the Sexual Superhero programme.

This is Step 5 of the Sexual Superhero programme for premature ejaculation which was developed by Jonti Searll.

Visualisation is a powerful tool that can be used to change many things.This process will aid you in changing sexual patterns in your body and mind.

Read through the whole process a few times until you feel that you’ve got the idea. Try it and make your visualisation as real as possible. Involve all your senses. The more you do this, the more powerful the result will be.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie, keep your feet uncrossed, hands at your sides; take a few deep breaths in and out, and with each breath, allow yourself to relax more and more.

If at any time during this process your mind wanders and you get distracted, focus on the breath moving in and out of your body. Use your imagination to create a room dedicated to pleasure. It may be simply furnished, it may be luxurious – let your imagination and your senses play.

Become aware of what the room looks like, perhaps with flickering candle light and music playing. See what’s on the walls and the floor. Are the windows open? Perhaps you can hear the sound of the sea nearby, or wind blowing and rain on the roof.

It’s your special pleasure place and you’re the one who’s creating it. Make it as real as you can:

  • In a room there’s a bed.
  • See yourself on the bed with your lover (If you don’t have a partner you can use the exercise to help create the lover you’d like)
  • See yourself having a strong, powerful erection. Feel it! See yourself having sex, being in control, as long as you like.
  • Feel what that’s like, relish in the sensation of being an awesome lover, pleasuring yourself and your partner.
  • Keep breathing deeply, your body relaxed.
  • See yourself in different positions, your body working just as you’d like it to.
  • When you start to get bored and it becomes harder to concentrate, thank your lover for sharing this pleasure with you.
  • Take a few deep breaths.
  • Slowly open your eyes.
