Centrum tip - Sort out your sexual problems

0
Many couples, whose relationships are fine otherwise, have problems when it comes to sexual matters. Whether it's premature ejaculation, impotence, incompatible sex drives, or a lack of interest in sex, it puts great strain on any relationship. Fortunately, there's a lot that can be done to combat sexual obstacles.

Take action:
Some of the causes of sexual obstacles are within your control, such as stress, smoking, and alcohol use – regular exercise and the correct diet will help to prevent and treat problems; talk to your partner – often sharing your worries can break a vicious cycle of anxiety; sexual problems are often the result of underlying difficult feelings between you and your partner – talk openly and try to resolve conflicts; and don't be embarrassed about seeking professional help if home strategies aren't working.
