Need another reason to get moving? A new study has shown that men of 50 and older, who are physically active, are up to 30 percent less likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction than their not-so-active peers. Researchers speculate that this could be attributed to the positive effect of exercise on the arteries that control erection.

Take action: For best results, jog at least three hours a week. If you're not up to doing this, a brisk 30-minute walk, four times a week, can also be beneficial.
