Better than a tiffin, these are a smart way to pack an office lunch with a difference. Simply fill a jar with a dip of your choice – think tzatziki or hummus – then add your favourite veggies.

If you’re getting it right you’ll be choosing a variety of colourful options such as baby rainbow carrots, cucumber batons, slices of green or red pepper, baby corn, radishes or celery.
