Spinal curl exercise, your pregnancy

Do this simple exercise to keep your spine supple.

Stand up, bend your knees, place your hands on your knees and look straight ahead. Alternatively arch your back, pushing your neck out and curl your back round whilst pulling in the stomach and lowering your head and shoulders.
