Health24’s Fitness Editor Amy Froneman started keeping a record of her preggy-exercise regimen early in her pregnancy.  

At six months her schedule included spinning classes, weight-lifting and running and although everything was being done at a much slower and lighter intensity than before, she aimed to continue exercising throughout her pregnancy.
