Centrum tip – Good solids to start off with

The great moment has arrived and you're probably relieved by the prospect of not breastfeeding all the time. Which foods will help your baby get used to the idea of eating solids?

Here is a list of good foods to try: rice cereals; oat cereals; sweet potato; squash; avocado; carrots; parsnips; green beans; potato; baby marrows; peas; apple purée; plain Bulgarian yoghurt with AB cultures; peaches; pears; bananas; and mangoes.

Meat and poultry should be introduced when your child is seven months or older.
