Mom, can we get a dog?

If you have children, sooner or later the pet question is bound to come up - here's a list to help you prepare.


Children encounter cute animals everywhere - at petting zoos, at the homes of friends, on television - and it's only a matter of time before you're faced with: "Please can we get a Komodo Dragon/puppy/pony? I promise to catch it lizards/feed it hay and clean up after it – I promise, please…"
