Bewegingsiekte is die brein se reaksie op onnatuurlike bewegingsimpulse.

Navorsers maan dat geen middels teen bewegingsiekte aan kinders jonger as twee jaar gegee moet word. Daar is te min studies wat die doeltreffendheid en veiligheid van die middels op kinders toon. Die meeste studies is op volwassenes gedoen, volgens die navorsers. - (Health24.co.za, 2002)
