R - Readily available and convenient, requires less preparation and equipment, which makes socialising and travelling so much easier.

E - It is easily digested by the immature digestive system, causing less colic, diarrhoea and constipation.

A - It lowers the risk of allergies, such as eczema and asthma.

S - Stimulates the taste and smell senses.

T - Promotes proper jaw and teeth development.

F - It contains unique proteins and fats, which stimulate brain development.

E - Economical breast milk cost less than the commercial infant formulas available.

E - Easy to serve (always at the right temperature) and lowered risk of infections from contaminated bottles.

D - No dieting! Milk production consumes calories (providing you eat correctly).

I - It contains antibodies which provide protection and immunity to many infections, such as viral infections – respiratory tract, ear and intestinal infections.

N - Less nappy rash and thrush.

G - Mother’s milk is the most nutritious food for your baby, enhancing optimum growth and development.
