Don't take your health for granted

Since we think women deserve more than just one day, we’re still focusing on women’s health!

As women, we often take our health for granted, until it’s too late.

Take the time for yourself throughout the year, to visit your doctor or clinic for a general check-up, or for a specific visit that you've been putting off for some time such as a mammogram or gynae visit.

In order to look after your family as well as you do, you need to look after your health.

Keep the balance by eating a healthy diet, and also taking some 'time out' for yourself for exercise or relaxation.
