When it comes to choosing an eating plan to fit your lifestyle, it’s confusing at the moment because there are so many people following all sorts of "diets".
If it’s a radical and extreme plan, the chances are it’s a "diet" and not a long-term sustainable eating plan. All natural foods can form part of an eating plan, in the correct proportions. It’s not advisable to completely restrict an entire food group such as the carbohydrate-rich foods (potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, pearled barley), but it is feasible to cut down on refined starches, especially at dinner time when we are least active.
