If you skip breakfast, does it ruin your day?

Do you find that if you skip breakfast, it derails your eating for the rest of the day? Research shows that those who do eat in the mornings, tend to eat more regularly and moderately during the day. Great breakfast choices are:
  • Wholewheat/seed bread toast with peanut butter or a poached/boiled egg
  • Muesli or bran cereal with low-fat milk or yoghurt
  • A smoothie with a mix of protein and fruit e.g. yoghurt and berries/apple or peanut butter and banana
  • A small bran muffin and tub of yoghurt
