If the roses, chocolates and teddy bears of the 14th of February appeal to you, you’re probably a traditional romantic sort. And if they don’t, you might have a partner who gets weak at the knees for that stuff. So why wait for a year to pass before you get all gooey and romantic again?
Here are some ways to steal a little of that romance and make it sexy on the other days of the year:
• Candles. Grab that scented candle from the dinner table and create a soft lighting effect in the bedroom that will help make your skin glow seductively as you undress for your lover.
• Flowers. Before the roses die, grab a few and spread the petals on your sheets. The fragrance as you roll around tangled together will add to the ecstacy.
• Love messages. You don’t have to be a poet - just a simple note can get the feeling started long before you get to the bedroom. Who can resist a Post-it on the mirror saying “I love the feel of your stomach under my hands” or “Your lips are so sexy they make me want to kiss you all night”.
• Treats. Pop a single chocolate on your loved one’s pillow and offer to let them nibble it off your body.
