If you're using incontinence products daily, be sure to change the products two to three times a day.

If you feel that you need to change more frequently to keep pace with your incontinence, it may be time to look at a products with a higher level of absorbency. 

An important part of using incontinence products is to include a skin care routine: use a skin cleanser to remove matter, a moisturiser for comfort, and a skin protectant to provide a barrier against urine and feaces.
