There is a nasty summer cold doing the rounds, and with the stifling heat it can make the symptoms so much worse.

Plus, it's still very much party season and alcohol should be first thing you cut out if you want to avoid getting a cold.

Not only does it dehydrate you, those who binge drink are more susceptible to picking up the cold virus, of developing a secondary infection, and have been found to take longer to recover.
