New research shows that olive oil contains a natural chemical that stops the production of the chemicals that cause inflammation.

Interestingly, it's the same chemical that is used in nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as aspirin and ibuprofen to lower inflammation.

For best absorption, use a good quality olive oil daily over salads and veggies.
