How to wash your hands

What is the most hygienic way to wash your hands? The World Health Organisation recommends a six-step routine: 1) Wet your hands, apply soap and rub your palms together. 2) Rub each palm over the back of the opposite hand. 3) Rub between your fingers. 4) Rub the backs of your fingers against the opposite palm. 5) Clasp your left thumb in your right palm and rub it in a rotational motion and vice versa. 6) Rub your right fist in the palm of your left hand and vice versa.
