How much time should your child spend on digital media devices? The American Academy of Pediatrics recently updated its guidelines for parents, proposing that for kids aged 2 to 5 it should be limited to one hour a day. The organisation recommends banning digital media an hour before bedtime and keeping mealtimes, bedrooms and parent-child playtime screen free.
