When it comes to heart health, in fact, they may have long-term effects that are comparable to those associated with normal cigarettes. A European research team has recently found that the average vaping session damages key blood vessels in the heart in a way that is similar to smoking old-fashioned tobacco cigarettes by affecting the stiffness of the aorta.
