A little drama in your life

A little bit of drama in your life may just improve your health. Role-playing and experimental theatre have been an effective part of many mental health treatments since at least the early years of the 20th century. These days, drama therapy, which uses theatre techniques to promote health and personal growth, is successfully employed in a wide variety of settings, from hospitals and schools to elderly care and recovery programs.
