Eat, Less, Naked


We all love food and want a beach-ready body or, at the very least, to drop a couple of waist sizes. But it’s difficult, isn’t it; especially when there are so many culinary delights tempting us all the time?

So here's a novel idea, try eating in the nude. That’s right, strip down (of course not in public eateries) when you are about to eat alone at home. Better yet, eat naked and facing a mirror. You’re guaranteed to eat smaller portions. Don’t believe us? Try it and see.
