Can you (hear) smell that?

Our ears are intricate organs that contribute to the way we experience our world, which is why we need to take good care of them. 

One thing we know for sure is never to put anything in them, and that includes ear buds to clean them.

So what if you (or a friend) noticed a foul smelling odour emitting from those lugs?

It might be innocuous, it might be serious.

It might be:
