WOD's in the Winelands Throwdown

Calling all fitness enthusiasts to come take part in a run or a team workout to raise funds for disabled athletes at the Groot Constantia wine farm on Spring Day.

Whether you're a runner or a crossfitter, sign up to take part in the WODs in the Winelands Throwdown on September 1, 2013 at the Groot Constantia wine farm in Cape Town and help raise funds for disabled athletes.

Money from the event will be donated to buy much needed wheelchairs and prosthetic's and competitors can enjoy taking part in some fun workouts as part of a team and then relax on the wine farm afterwards.

Teams entry - R250.

For the non-CrossFitters (same venue): 5km run/walk - R50, 15km run/walk - R150

On-site check-in at 8:00am-8:30am - Event details will be announced at this time. 

First workout starts roughly 9am. Last workout will finish before 11am. 

There are two restaurants on the premises, so lots of opportunity to chill and hang out with friends. 

Additionally, for individuals, corporates or Affiliates that would like to sponsor a wheelchair for R2 500, please get in contact.
