Stress is a complex thing and as a result can have many negative effects on our bodies and minds. Here are just a few more things that you might not know stress can cause:

  • Forgetfulness
  • Fatigue
  • Persistent irritability
  • Apathy
  • Lack of concentration
  • Social withdrawal
  • Loss of or increase in appetite
  • Increased coffee and tea consumption
  • Increased aggression
