Repetition

Repetition is important to boost memory.

Combat decay of memory traces by using repetition. We lose the highest percentage of memory in the first hour or so after having learnt something. To keep your memory fresh you should repeat the information within 45 minutes, about 4 hours later, and the next day. Students especially should focus on repetition.
