Your Sports Injuries Guide

There are a number of common injuries that can occur whilst playing sport. These injuries can arise from trauma or from overuse of a body part or muscle. Acute traumatic injuries can include sprains, strains, bone fractures and bruising. Repetitive stress and overuse can cause injuries such as tennis elbow, runner's knee, tendinosis and bursitis.
