Yellow build-up on teeth

Dear Dental Expert,

Over the last two weeks I have noticed a yellow build up on my 20 month old son' s front teeth, where the external tooth and gum meet. I brush his teeth twice daily with Aquafresh Milk teeth (0-3 yrs), and he drinks mainly water, two formula bottles daily and rooibos tea with no sugar. I never put him down for a nap with a bottle.

The brushing does seem to remove it, although not completely.

Could you tell me what this could be and what I can do to resolve it?

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!

it is difficult to say without seeing it- however it could just be plaque which has built up and is difficult to remove. See you dentist for a polishing and assessment
