Q.

wisdom tooth

i have a wisdom tooth that i am told needs to be removed as it has not fully emerged. i am worried that it does not need removing as it is not sore, i just went for a checkup and the dentist noticed it.

i am worried that this tooth will cause me to have bad breath, as i sometimes have a funny taste in my mouth. but i also have a postnasal drip, which i am going to see the dr for. can a partially emerged wisdom tooth cause bad breath?

yes if food is getting stuck in the area. I would wait a while before extracting since the tooth is not painful.
