Wisdom Tooth

I am 27 yrs old.My first wisdon tooth on the bottom right side cut through my gum about over a year ago. Only a very small part of this tooth is out- the upper part only. At my last dental app the dentist said it will stay like this forever??

I have noticed that a layer of plaque haz accumalted on the edge of the tooth cause it is very hard to brush. But worse of all every other month I get these horrrible mouth ulcers by that part of the gum. I have it for the past few days now. The one part of the gum by the cheek part looks more like a pimple and is soooooooo PAINFUL. I really need advice on what to do with this tooth. What about the other three teeth that are supposed to come out??

Thank you

this is a common problem with wisdom teeth. If it hasn't erupted at the age of 27 it is unlikely to ever do so. The xray your dentist took will confirm this.
the only option is to have the tooth removed.
