Q.

Wisdom teeth

Good day Dr. I had my wisom teeth surgically removed a month ago. The one side is heeling much faster than the one side. The other side on the top the doctor did the sinus thing (it was open after the removal of the teeth) and I still have stitches in that area. It is very sore there and this weekend I yawned and it was so painful and it bleeds a bit when I yawn (still now). It is as though the stiches are hurting me and making my gums more sore! What must I do? Is it normal, should I just keep rinsing with mouthwash? Then the teeth that was taken out beneath it has an open gap where the food collects often. It is starting to get sore, because I use a toothpic to get the food particles out. What can I do to get rid of the food there without picking at the area? Rinsing doesn''t help, and will the are heal if I must keep on pulling the are open to get the collected food out?

Kind regards!!!

the stitches could have come out after you yawned.
See the surgeon immediately.
